We custom build every screen porch enclosure, based on precise measurement of the individual porch. The extrusions are all powder coated with a consistent finish. Powder coating is available in white, and bronze. We use only Elite roof components engineered to be the most versatile and durable systems on the market, our E-gutter system specially made for insulated roof panels.

Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach county required a minimum footing for any installation of screen enclosure, open insulated roof or insulated screen porches. Please refer to the footing requirement when pulling a permit for any of these projects.
